What if a guest refuses to share their phone number?
Valets select Anonymous Mode and hand over a pre-printed QR Backup Pass. Guests scan it with their camera to request their vehicle—no personal data required.
Do we need to buy special barcode scanners or thermal printers?
No. The Valet App runs on any standard Android or iOS smartphone, and backup passes print on any standard office printer.
What does it cost, and what happens when the free credit runs out?
₹5 per car checked in, ₹2 per gate entry, and nothing else — no monthly fee, no charge per valet or per device. You start with ₹1,000 of free credit and no time limit. When it is used up, top up from the dashboard by UPI or card; the balance is allowed to dip slightly below zero so a busy night is never interrupted.
Is there a contract or a minimum?
No. Top up what you like, when you like; bigger top-ups earn bonus credit. Paid credit never expires, and unused paid credit is refundable if you ever leave. Every top-up comes with a GST tax invoice.
