A paper ticket is a promise that only works if nobody loses it. We thought the promise could survive a jacket pocket, a flat battery and a shift change.
ValetSys is valet parking and gate security software for hotels, restaurants, clubs and hospitals. A guest hands over their car and gets a link — no app to download, nothing to keep hold of. The valet records the plate, the condition and four timestamped photos in about the time it used to take to tear off a stub. At the gate, every vehicle entering the property is read, logged and searchable without a guard filling in a book.
The two things that go wrong at a porch are a guest waiting for a car nobody has started fetching, and a scratch nobody can prove arrived with the vehicle. Most of what we build is aimed at those two, and at the awkward cases underneath them: the guest who will not give a phone number, the one whose battery is dead, the pass left on a restaurant table.
ValetSys is built and operated by Myzow Solutions LLP, a software company in Powai, Mumbai. We have been building web and mobile software for other people's businesses since 2008 — ValetSys is what happened when we stopped building only to order.
We are a small team, and we onboard the first properties by hand: someone walks your porch, looks at your key board, and sets the system up around how you already work rather than the other way round.
Guest phone numbers are encrypted, vehicle photos are deleted on a retention period the property chooses, and consent for WhatsApp messages is recorded with its source — whether the guest typed their own number or a valet did. What we keep, why, and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.
